Transactions conducted on The Yên Farm’s website are governed by the current sales policy system, including:
Return/Exchange Policy;
Payment Policy;
Delivery/Receipt Policy;

All disputes, complaints, or issues related to the website, data, information, or sales transactions will be interpreted and resolved according to the prevailing laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION POSTED ON THE WEBSITE
The Yên Farm commits to providing accurate and transparent information regarding products, prices, promotions, and applicable policies. However, The Yên Farm does not guarantee that all website content is entirely error-free and may modify or update it at any time.
Product images posted on the website may be for illustration purposes only. The Yên Farm strives to use the clearest images to help customers visualize products accurately.
The Yên Farm is the legal and sole owner of the trademark and all intellectual property associated with the K7 coffee brand.
Any act of copying, exploiting, distributing, or using logos, images, content, product descriptions, or information from the website without prior written permission from The Yên Farm constitutes a legal violation and will be handled according to applicable laws.
The Yên Farm reserves the right to request the violator to issue a public apology, correction, compensation for damages, and/or face legal liability, depending on the level of violation and the value of incurred losses.
The prices listed on the website are retail prices applied per order (which may or may not include VAT).
In certain special cases (e.g., technical errors or sudden changes in input prices), prices may change before timely updates occur. When such situations arise, The Yên Farm will contact customers directly via email or phone to notify and confirm the order before proceeding.
THE YÊN FARM’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT SUPPLY
The Yên Farm is committed to providing products in accordance with the confirmed quality, quantity, delivery time, and other details stated in the purchase order or signed contract.
During delivery, if issues arise such as delays, incorrect shipments, missing items, or losses, The Yên Farm will proactively coordinate with logistics partners and customers to resolve them promptly, fairly, and in compliance with the published Delivery/Receipt Policy and Return/Exchange Policy.
CUSTOMER ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
When conducting transactions on The Yên Farm’s website, customers are responsible for:
Providing complete and accurate personal information, delivery addresses, payment methods, and other details required to fulfill the order. The Yên Farm is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.
Paying the full order value on time according to the selected payment method (prepaid or postpaid) and covering any additional costs as notified.
Actively tracking order status and checking the committed delivery time. If the product has not arrived within the specified timeframe, customers should contact The Yên Farm for timely support. (See more in the Delivery/Receipt Policy).
Inspecting products carefully upon receipt. If any irregularities are detected, customers should take photos and contact The Yên Farm immediately for guidance according to the Return/Exchange Policy.
LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Yên Farm shall not be liable for indirect damages or those beyond its control (e.g., network errors, server failures, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, delayed customs clearance, etc.) that affect order processing or delivery times.
In all cases, The Yên Farm’s maximum legal liability shall not exceed the total order value in question, should a dispute arise.
For international transactions, customers must ensure that importing and using products from Vietnam does not violate the local laws of their country. The Yên Farm disclaims responsibility if products are denied entry or confiscated/destroyed by foreign authorities.
