SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
The Yên Farm is committed to providing customers with a safe, fast, and transparent delivery experience. The following policy applies to all orders placed through The Yên Farm’s official website or its verified online stores on e-commerce platforms.
DELIVERY METHODS:
Domestic Orders (Vietnam)
The Yên Farm partners with reputable domestic courier services including: Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN), Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK), Viettel Post, J&T Express, GrabExpress, Ahamove, and Lalamove (only applicable within Ho Chi Minh City urban areas).
International Orders
Depending on the customer’s destination country, The Yên Farm utilizes global express couriers such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, EMS, or other international logistics partners with worldwide delivery capabilities.
Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. If customers need to change the delivery address after placing the order, please notify The Yên Farm as soon as possible for support before the order is handed over to the courier.
If no timely notice is provided and the order is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, requests for exchange or return will not be accepted according to the Return/Exchange Policy.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME:
Orders will be processed within 01 to 02 business days from the time the order confirmation is successfully completed. Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For Domestic Orders:
Within inner districts of Ho Chi Minh City (excluding areas previously under Binh Duong and Ba Ria-Vung Tau provinces): same-day delivery (applicable to orders placed in the morning or before 2:00 PM).
For other provinces/cities and remaining areas of Ho Chi Minh City: within 02 (two) to 03 (three) business days.
For International Orders: within 07 (seven) to 15 (fifteen) business days.
Actual delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, service disruptions, customs clearance, remote delivery areas, or other force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of The Yên Farm and/or its delivery partners). In such cases, The Yên Farm and/or its partners will notify customers and propose the most appropriate support solutions.
SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery location, package weight, courier, and desired delivery time.
For domestic orders, shipping fees will be calculated according to the pricing table of the respective courier partner.
For international orders, customers may incur additional import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs handling fees, or other international surcharges, depending on the destination country.
The Yên Farm is not responsible for any costs arising from the customs authorities of the destination country. All such expenses must be settled directly by the customer with the local authorities.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY:
If an order cannot be successfully delivered due to:
– Incorrect or unreachable recipient address;
– The customer’s absence at the delivery time;
– The customer refusing to accept the parcel without a valid return reason under the Return/Exchange Policy;
The order will be returned to The Yên Farm’s warehouse. In such cases:
– The customer will bear the costs for re-delivery or return, including international return fees (if applicable).
– Re-delivery will only proceed once the customer confirms the correct address and agrees to pay all related charges.
