PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT METHODS

Customers may choose one of the following payment methods after placing an order through The Yên Farm’s official website or verified official stores on e-commerce platforms.

Prepaid Payment

This is an electronic payment method completed before receiving the goods, via integrated payment gateways on the system.

Accepted payment methods include:

– By domestic ATM card (debit/prepaid cards issued by Vietnamese banks);

– By Momo e-wallet (applicable only in Vietnam);

– By international credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, American Express (Amex);

– By The Yên Farm’s foreign currency account at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank) – East Saigon Branch, under the following details:

– By Letter of Credit (L/C) (Applicable for B2B transactions).

Each transaction applies to one (01) order only.

A transaction is considered successful once The Yên Farm’s intermediary payment system records a completed status.

The Yên Farm may update or add new payment methods from time to time to better serve both domestic and international customers.

Transactions using other payment methods not listed above will be executed under separate agreements between The Yên Farm and the customer (if applicable).

Postpaid Payment

This method allows customers to make payments upon receiving goods directly from the delivery personnel.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Applicable only within Vietnam for eligible orders. Not available for international orders.

All COD orders must be paid in full per transaction/order in Vietnamese Dong (VND) — the official currency of Vietnam.

REFUND POLICY FOR CANCELED ORDERS

Order Cancellation on The Yên Farm Website

If a customer has completed payment for an order on the website but the order is rejected by The Yên Farm or canceled by the customer before confirmation, The Yên Farm will refund the corresponding amount for the paid products.

Order Cancellation on E-commerce Platforms

If customers place orders through e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiki, Amazon, etc.), refunds will follow the refund policy of the respective platform.

Refund Fees

Customers are responsible for any incurred costs (if any) during the refund process, including but not limited to:

– International transfer fees (for overseas customers);

– Foreign exchange conversion fees;

– Processing fees charged by intermediary payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or banks.

Refund Processing Time

Customers will receive refunds within 03 (three) to 05 (five) business days, depending on:

– The payment system used by the customer;

– The refund policy of the issuing bank or payment platform; and

– The policy of the e-commerce platform (if applicable).

Notes for International Customers

– Payments and refunds may be processed in international currencies corresponding to the payment method (e.g., USD, EUR, etc.) and will be converted based on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed by the intermediary payment system.

– In cases of exchange rate differences or conversion fees, The Yên Farm is not responsible for compensating any discrepancies charged by the bank or international payment provider.

– To ensure transaction security, international customers are encouraged to use reliable and highly secure payment methods
